Ingredients:
1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuits
1 pound ground sausage
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
6 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 8″x8″ baking dish.
- Crumble and brown sausage in a medium skillet.
- Cut eat biscuit into 6-8 pieces and place on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Once browned and drained, spread the sausage over the biscuits.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set.
Notes: You can switch out the ground sausage for a protein of your choice.
