Sausage and Egg Biscuit Casserole

Serving Size: 8 portions

Ingredients:

1 package Pillsbury Grands biscuits

1 pound ground sausage

1 cup shredded cheese of your choice

6 large eggs

3/4 cup milk

Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 8″x8″ baking dish.
  2. Crumble and brown sausage in a medium skillet.
  3. Cut eat biscuit into 6-8 pieces and place on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Once browned and drained, spread the sausage over the biscuits.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set.

Notes: You can switch out the ground sausage for a protein of your choice.
