Breakfast Pizza

Serving Size: 4-6 slices

Ingredients:

1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls

6 eggs

1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups shredded cheese of your choice

4 oz sliced mushrooms

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 11″x8″ baking dish.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix with the bacon, cheese, and mushrooms.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the dough and spread the bacon/mushrooms as needed.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes. Ensure the eggs are set in the center and the crust is a golden brown.

Notes: You can add or omit toppings to personalize the pizza. Experiment with your favorite ingredients.
