Breakfast Bake

Serving Size: 8 squares

Ingredients:

10 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 can of biscuits

1/2 onion – chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 package of bacon or ground sausage – cooked and crumbled

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″x13″ baking dish.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a large bowl.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and add to the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Add the cooked bacon or sausage, cheddar cheese and onions to the bowl.
  5. Once fully mixed, pour into the greased baking dish and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the egg is set in the middle.
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes: The egg mixture can be made ahead of time and set in the refrigerator overnight. Veggies are also a popular filling. Be creative!
