Serving Size: 8-10 portions
Ingredients:
12 eggs
1 qt of milk
4 cups seasoned croutons
1/2 pound shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound of cooked sausage, bacon, or protein of your choice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion to taste
Instructions:
- Beat the eggs and mix with the milk, croutons, cheese, and seasonings. Refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9″x13″ baking dish.
- Stir the egg mixture and pour into the greased pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Stir and sprinkle with protein.
- Return to oven and bake for 25 more minutes or until the egg is set.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
