Serving Size: 8 slices
Ingredients:
1 pound ground sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crescent rolls
4 large eggs – beaten
3/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9″x13″ baking dish.
- Crumble and cook the sausage until brown. Drain any fat.
- Line the bottom of the greased baking dish with the crescent rolls. Press the seams to seal.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage and cheese over the crescent rolls.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over the sausage/cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F or until set.
- Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
